Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery estimates: We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, carrier volume, and the November/December holiday rush can add time.

Shipping cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. No surprises after the fact.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute orders once they've shipped, and we're not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address — but contact us and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.
