How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 7–12 business days after processing. We'll email tracking as soon as your order ships. Ordering early is the safe move during the holiday rush — carrier delays in November and December are real, and we'd rather under-promise than over-promise.

Does it work with US outlets?

Yes — this version ships with a US plug (110V). No adapter or voltage converter needed.

Is the remote included? Does it come with batteries?

The remote is included. It takes 2× AAA batteries, which are not included — grab a pair so you're ready when it arrives.

Are essential oils included?

No. Add a few drops of your own favorite essential oil to the water tank. Any standard essential oil works.

How long does a tank last?

The 300ml tank runs for several hours of continuous use, and the 2-hour and 8-hour timer settings let you set it and forget it. It shuts off automatically when the water runs low.

Can I turn the light off and just run the mist?

Yes — mist and light are controlled separately from the remote.
